Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and guilty.bio ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the site you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you're under 18, please read these terms with a parent or guardian; they must agree to them on your behalf.
1. Who can use guilty.bio
Anyone can play. Accounts for players under 13 are automatically placed in Privacy Mode, described in the Privacy Policy. You must give your real date of birth when you sign up.
2. Your account
- Keep your password secret. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
- Don't use your real name, or anyone else's, as your username.
- One person per account. Don't buy, sell or share accounts.
3. Rules
Don't:
- bully, harass, threaten or discriminate against anyone;
- post or ask for personal information (real names, addresses, phone numbers, school names, photos, social media accounts);
- post sexual, violent, hateful or otherwise inappropriate content;
- cheat, exploit bugs, or try to get B$, items or access you weren't given (report bugs to us instead);
- attack, overload, scrape or try to break into the site or other players' accounts;
- pretend to be an admin or another person;
- upload content you don't have the rights to.
Messages and chat
You can send private messages and chat only to your friends, and only if you're 13 or older. Never share your password, address, phone number, school or other personal details, and never ask anyone for theirs. If someone makes you uncomfortable, use the Report button and unfriend them. Admins review reported messages and can ban accounts that break these rules.
4. Things you create
You keep ownership of games and other content you create. You give us permission to store and show it on guilty.bio so the site can work. Games are public. We can remove content that breaks these terms.
5. B$, tickets and virtual items
B$, tickets, memberships and catalog items are part of the game. They have no real-world money value, can't be exchanged for money, and belong to guilty.bio: you get a permission to use them on the site. We may change prices, items and balances (for example to fix a bug or undo cheating). Trading or selling them for real money or anything outside guilty.bio isn't allowed.
6. Moderation and bans
Admins may remove content, reset passwords, and suspend, ban or delete accounts that break these rules or put other players at risk. If you think we made a mistake, email contact@guilty.bio.
7. Fan project
guilty.bio is an independent fan project. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Roblox Corporation. All trademarks belong to their owners.
8. No warranty
guilty.bio is a hobby project provided "as is". We try to keep it running and your data safe, but we can't promise the site will always be available, error-free, or that data will never be lost. We may change or shut down features, or the whole site, at any time.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of virtual items or data, arising from your use of guilty.bio. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and important changes will be announced on the site. Continuing to use guilty.bio after a change means you accept the new terms.
